Jaclyn Franzak Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Jaclyn Franzak, of Jefferson, Md., received the Derek Thomson Sheely Leadership Award, Loats Foundation Scholarship and Compass Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Franzakis the daughter of Jane Sutcliffe and Jay Franzak and attended Brunswick High School.
