Jacob Queen Receives Bachelor's Degree From Frostburg State University

Jacob Queen, of Bel Air, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 148th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Dr. Ronald Nowaczyk conferred more than 700 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
