Jacob Queen Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Jacob Queen, of Bel Air, Md., received the Edith J. and William H. Bullamore Scholarship and Founders Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Queen is the son of Kari and Derek Queen and attended Bel Air High School.
