Jennifer Dunkin, of Warfordsburg, Pa., received the Jeanette and C. William Gilchrist Scholarship, Elisabeth Hitchins Memorial Scholarship, Emeriti of Frostburg State University Scholarship and Regional Excellence Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Dunkin earned her GED.
