Jessica Klotz Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Jessica Klotz, of Oakland, Md., received the Walter and Annette Brock Environmental Studies Scholarship, Garden Club of Cumberland Scholarship, Mid-Atlantic Council of Trout Unlimited Scholarship and Founders Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Klotz is the daughter of Alan and Deborah Klotz and attended Northern Garrett High School.
