Jessica Klotz Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Jessica Klotz, of Oakland, Md., received the Borden Mining Company Scholarship in Honor of Albert and Elizabeth Borden, Walter and Annette Brock Environmental Studies Scholarship and Founders Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Klotzis the daughter of Alan Klotz and Debbie Klotz and attended Northern Garrett High School.
