Jessica Klotz Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Jessica Klotz, of Oakland, Md., received the Walter and Annette Brock Environmental Studies Scholarship, Founders Scholarship and Garden Club of Cumberland Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Klotz is the daughter of Alan and Deborah Klotz and attended Northern Garrett High School.
