Jessica Smith Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Jessica Smith, of Frostburg, Md., received the Dr. Nelson P. Guild and Maggie G. Guild Senior Honors Scholarship Award, Allegany County Opportunity Scholarship and Founders Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Smith is the daughter of Kathy and Ray Miller and attended Mountain Ridge High School.
