Joe Howser Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Joe Howser, of Cumberland, Md., received the John R. and Phyllis Sell MacVeigh Scholarship, Sharon L. Robinson Presidential Merit Scholarship in Accounting, Sarfino & Rhoades Accounting Achievement Award, Turnbull, Hoover & Kahl Scholarship, Accounting Department Scholarship and Allegany County Opportunity Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Howser is the son of Tom and Donna Howser and attended Fort Hill High School.
