Jordan Schupfer Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Jordan Schupfer, of Cumberland, Md., received the Allegany County Opportunity Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Schupfer is the daughter of Jan McPhillips and Tim Schupfer and attended Allegany High School.
