Joseph McKenzie Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Joseph McKenzie, of Frostburg, Md., received the Allegany County Opportunity Scholarship, Compass Scholarship and Talent in the Arts Scholarship IV for study at Frostburg State University. McKenzie is the son of Julia and Steven McKenzie and attended Mountain Ridge High School.
