Joseph McKenzie Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Joseph McKenzie, of Frostburg, Md., received the Jenny Apsey Stegmaier Memorial Scholarship, Wensel-Faherty Allegany County Scholarship, Allegany County Opportunity Scholarship, Compass Scholarship and Talent in the Arts Scholarship IV for study at Frostburg State University. McKenzie is the son of Steven and Julia McKenzie and attended Mountain Ridge High School.
