Joseph McKenzie Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Joseph McKenzie, of Frostburg, Md., received the Compass Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. McKenzie is the son of Steven and Julia McKenzie and attended Mountain Ridge High School.
