Joshua Ritchie Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Joshua Ritchie, of Piedmont, W.Va., received the McGowan-Davisson Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Ritchie is the son of Jessica Brandt and attended Keyser High School.
