Joshua Ritchie Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Joshua Ritchie, of Piedmont, W.Va., received the Lewis J. Ort Access to Education Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Ritchie is the son of Jessica Brandt and attended Keyser High School.
