Jun Li Earns Doctorate From Frostburg State University

Jun Li, of Hang Zhou, China, recently received a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 150th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Dr. Ronald Nowaczyk conferred nearly 750 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.

Li's dissertation was titled "An Isomorphic Analysis of the Independent College in Jiangsu and Zhejiang University in China, 1999-2005."
