Kacie Grubb Receives Bachelor's Degree From Frostburg State University

Kacie Grubb, of Cresaptown, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 150th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Dr. Ronald Nowaczyk conferred nearly 750 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
