Kacie Grubb Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Kacie Grubb, of Cresaptown, Md., received the Jeanette and C. William Gilchrist Scholarship, Mary Stevens Scholarship, Allegany County Opportunity Scholarship and Associate Degree Scholars Award for study at Frostburg State University. Grubb is the daughter of Diana Amato and attended William Tennent High School.
