Kacie Grubb Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Kacie Grubb, of Frostburg, Md., received the Jeanette and C. William Gilchrist Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Grubb is the daughter of James and Diana Amato and attended William Tennent High School.
