Kalendra Friend Receives Bachelor's Degree from Frostburg State University

Kalendra Friend, of Frostburg, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Languages and Literature and Business Administration from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 147th commencement ceremonies. FSU Interim President Dr. Thomas Bowling conferred nearly 500 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this December commencement.
