Kari Shumaker Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Kari Shumaker, of Cumberland, Md., received the Kathleen Daily Hill Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Shumakeris the daughter of Michael and Brenda Shumaker and attended Fort Hill High School.
