Katelyn Jackson Receives Bachelor's Degree from Frostburg State University

Katelyn Jackson, of Baltimore (21227), recently received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 144th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Jonathan C. Gibralter conferred nearly 750 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
