Katherine Boone Earns Doctorate From Frostburg State University

Katherine Boone, of Arlington, Va., recently received a Doctor of Education degree from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 148th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Dr. Ronald Nowaczyk conferred more than 700 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.

Boone's dissertation was titled "Resident Assistant Workplace Motivation: A Mid-Atlantic Regional Study."
