Kayla Porter Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Kayla Porter, of Grantsville, Md., received the Wensel-Faherty Garrett County Scholarship, American Association of University Women Frostburg Scholarship, Chessie Federal Credit Union Scholarship and Academic Leadership Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Porter attended Northern Garrett High School.
