Kelly Bean Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Kelly Bean, of Deer Park, Md., received the Dr. J. Hopwood and Karen Wooddell Scholarship and New Page Employee Upperclassman Scholarship from Frostburg State University. Bean is the daughter of Keith and Debbie Bean and attended Southern Garrett High School.

Situated in the mountains of Allegany County, Frostburg State University is one of the 12 institutions of the University System of Maryland. FSU is a comprehensive, residential regional university and serves as an educational and cultural center for Western Maryland.
