Kenneth Waters Jr., of Waldorf, Md., received the Jeffrey P. and Carol A. Fegan Presidential Merit Scholarship, Woodward and Virginia Pealer Scholarship, Leonard and Jane Schwab Theatre and Speech Scholarship, Dr. Jack W. Vrieze Scholarship, Dorothy Stone White Scholarship in Theatre, Associate Degree Scholars Award and Talent in the Arts Scholarship III for study at Frostburg State University.
