Kerwin Yoder Receives Bachelor's Degree From Frostburg State University

Kerwin Yoder, of Salisbury, Pa., recently received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 148th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Dr. Ronald Nowaczyk conferred more than 700 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
