Kristen DeWitt Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Kristen DeWitt, of Oakland, Md., received the Matthew Guild Memorial Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. DeWitt is the daughter of Sandy DeWitt and attended Southern High School.
