Kristin Waters Earns Doctorate From Frostburg State University

Kristin Waters, of Baltimore, Md., recently received a Doctor of Education degree from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 148th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Dr. Ronald Nowaczyk conferred more than 700 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.

Waters's dissertation was titled "The Lived Experience of Teleworking: A Case Study From the Higher Education Environment."
