Kyle Collins Receives Bachelor's Degree from Frostburg State University

Kyle Collins, of Odenton, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and Parks Management from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 144th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Jonathan C. Gibralter conferred nearly 750 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
