Lashawn Williams Receives Bachelor's Degree from Frostburg State University

Lashawn Williams, of Baltimore (21230), recently received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 147th commencement ceremonies. FSU Interim President Dr. Thomas Bowling conferred nearly 500 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this December commencement.
