Latrice Carpenter Receives Bachelor's Degree from Frostburg State University

Latrice Carpenter, of Frostburg, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 144th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Jonathan C. Gibralter conferred nearly 750 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
