Laura Smith Receives Master's Degree from Frostburg State University

Laura Smith, of Frostburg, Md., recently received a Master of Science degree in Applied Ecology and Conservation Biology from Frostburg State University in Frostburg, Md., during its 148th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Dr. Ronald Nowaczyk conferred more than 700 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
