Lindsay Clopper Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Lindsay Clopper, of Smithsburg, Md., received the Kelly Dressler Heflin Foundation Scholarship and Associate Degree Scholars Award for study at Frostburg State University. Clopper is the daughter of Gregory Clopper and Tricia Clopper and attended Smithsburg High School.
