Lisa Wilson, of Barton, Md., received the Elisabeth Hitchins Memorial Scholarship, Anne E. and William B. Wallace Jr. Scholarship, Allegany County Opportunity Scholarship and Associate Degree Scholars Award for study at Frostburg State University.
