Logan Cheshire Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Logan Cheshire, of Westernport, Md., received the McGowan-Davisson Scholarship, Allegany County Opportunity Scholarship and Old Main Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Cheshireis the son of Richard and Sally Cheshire and attended Mountain Ridge High School.
