Madeleine Bohrer Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Madeleine Bohrer, of Frostburg, Md., received the Allegany County Opportunity Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Bohrer is the daughter of Kenny and Lisa Bohrer and attended Mountain Ridge High School.
