Madison Lawrence Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Madison Lawrence, of Lonaconing, Md., received the Thelma B. Hadley Memorial and Bernetta M. Smouse Scholarship, Allegany County Association for Family and Community Education Scholarship, Allegany County Opportunity Scholarship and Frostburg Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Lawrence is the daughter of Marc and Mollie Lawrence .
