Marcus Linn Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Marcus Linn, of Wiley Ford, W.Va., received the Frostburg State University Alumni Association Scholarship and Regional Excellence Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Linn is the son of Lisa Linn and attended Bishop Walsh School.
