Marcus Linn Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Marcus Linn, of Wiley Ford, W.Va., received the Lewis J. Ort Access to Education Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Linn is the son of Lisa Linn and Mark Linn and attended Bishop Walsh School.
