Margaret Stuempfle Receives Bachelor's Degree from Frostburg State University

Margaret Stuempfle, of Edgewood, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Languages and Literature from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 144th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Jonathan C. Gibralter conferred nearly 750 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
