Marguerita Macharia Receives Bachelor's Degree From Frostburg State University

Marguerita Macharia, of Baltimore, recently received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 150th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Dr. Ronald Nowaczyk conferred nearly 750 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
