Marse Romero Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Marse Romero, of Temple Hills, Md., received the Margaret G. Guild Vocal Music Scholarship and Marguerite Witwer Richards Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Romero is the daughter of Miranda Romero and attended Grace Brethren Christian School.
