Matthew Clark Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Matthew Clark, of Ellerslie, Md., received the Allegany County Opportunity Scholarship and Talent in the Arts Scholarship III for study at Frostburg State University. Clarkis the son of Janice and Glen Clark and attended Mountain Ridge High School.
