Matthew Cookus Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Matthew Cookus, of Baltimore, Md., received the Dr. Tyra C. Phipps Scholarship, Academic Leadership Scholarship and Old Main Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Cookusis the son of Mallie and Lloyd Cookus Jr. and attended Catonsville High School.
