Matthew Ravenscroft Earns Doctorate From Frostburg State University

Matthew Ravenscroft, of Burlington, W.Va., recently received a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 150th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Dr. Ronald Nowaczyk conferred nearly 750 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.

Ravenscroft's dissertation was titled "Digital Textbooks and Digital Divide in West Virginia: Teachers' Hidden Works."
