Mckenna Bean Receives Scholarship to Frostburg State University

Mckenna Bean, of Cumberland, Md., received the Allegany County Opportunity Scholarship for study at Frostburg State University. Bean is the daughter of Lori and Greg Bean and attended Fort Hill High School.
