Megan Coleman Receives Bachelor's Degree From Frostburg State University

Megan Coleman, of Mount Airy, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Art and Design from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 149th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Dr. Ronald Nowaczyk conferred nearly 550 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this December commencement.
