Megan Dignan Receives Bachelor's Degree From Frostburg State University

Megan Dignan, of Cumberland, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Art and Design from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 150th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Dr. Ronald Nowaczyk conferred nearly 750 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this May commencement.
