Megan Fisher Receives Bachelor's Degree from Frostburg State University

Megan Fisher, of Myersville, Md., recently received a Bachelor of Science degree in Interpretive Biology and Natural History from Frostburg State University, Frostburg, Md., during its 145th commencement ceremonies. FSU President Jonathan C. Gibralter conferred nearly 600 undergraduate and graduate degrees at this December commencement.
